Shipping Policy

 

We can ship to all states in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska.  We do not currently ship internationally. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by Bright & Day, a refund will be issued in full.

Current shipping estimates:
Standard (1-5 day processing | 3-5 day transit)

Shipping processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 5 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business, and are available at hi@brightandday.shop to help with anything you might need.

Please note that once your package is with our carrier, we are unable to make changes to your order, delivery address, or shipping speed. Please be sure to double check all of your delivery information and selected shipping speed before completing checkout as we may not be able to make changes once your order is placed.

Damaged Items:

We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to hi@brightandday.shop and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. This way we can verify the item and damage. We will re-send that item immediately. If the item is no longer in stock we will work our best to make sure you are taken care. Broken items may not need to be mailed back to us. We'll determine that based upon the photos you send.
