Returns + Exchanges

Quality customer service is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or your purchase, you may return an item to us within 14 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Some final sale items may not be returnable. 

Standard Returns:
Our return policy covers up to 14 days after your delivery date. If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, it's not a problem! Simply email us at hi@brightandday.shop with your order number and let us know that you will be returning your item(s). 

As long as your package is postmarked within 14 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.

Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.

Perishable items like food & beverages may not be returned.

Exchanges: 

Exchanges in store must be made within 30 days. For online orders, we recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you would like to exchange via hi@brightandday.shop

As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made. If there is an additional cost we can invoice you for the difference. Because inventory changes quickly, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products.
